Upgrade, Replace & Restore with Keystone Glazing

Glazing is at the heart of what we do at Keystone Glazing. Whether you need a quick glass replacement for a misted window, bespoke double glazing for energy efficiency, or specialist glazing for a period property, we offer high-quality installations that improve the style, security and thermal performance of your home.

We work with homeowners, landlords and businesses across Sussex and the Hampshire border, providing expert glazing tailored to each project – from double-glazed replacements to custom glass for listed buildings. Check out our latest case study: a conservatory glass replacement in Bognor Regis.

Double Glazing Glass Replacement

If your double-glazed windows have become misted, cloudy or inefficient, replacing the glass units can restore their clarity and insulation without a full window replacement. Our replacement units feature:

  • Argon-filled, energy-efficient glass – reduce heat loss and lower energy bills.
  • Warm-edge spacer technology – minimise condensation and improve insulation.
  • Toughened or laminated glass – better security and durability.
  • Solar control and acoustic glass options – reduce glare, UV damage and outside noise.

We replace failed units in uPVC, aluminium and timber frames, a cost-effective way to restore your windows. Read more about misted glass replacement, or see our double glazing repairs for hinges, handles and locks.

Timber Window Reglazing & Restoration

For heritage homes and period properties, timber windows need careful restoration. Whether you have single-pane sash windows or old wooden casements, we offer:

  • Traditional putty glazing for listed buildings – preserving the historic charm of period windows.
  • Slimline double glazing – modern efficiency in timber windows while keeping their classic appearance.
  • Bespoke glass cutting – custom-sized glass for unique or unusual window shapes.
  • Draught-proofing and secondary glazing – reduce heat loss while preserving character features.

Specialist Glazing Services

As well as standard window glazing, we install specialist glass to meet specific needs:

  • Acoustic glass – noise-reducing glass for homes in busy areas or near roads.
  • Safety and security glass – toughened, laminated and reinforced glass for added protection.
  • Fire-resistant glass – for commercial and higher-risk residential settings.
  • Privacy and decorative glass – frosted, tinted and patterned glass for bathrooms, offices and bespoke designs.
  • High-performance 32mm units – our alternative to triple glazing.

How Glass Replacement Works

1. Tell us what you need – a photo of the window and the problem helps us advise quickly.

2. Measure and quote – we measure each unit and give you a clear price.

3. Made to measure – new units are made to the exact size of your frames.

4. Fitted and checked – we fit the new glass, reseal it and make sure everything opens and closes properly.

Glass Replacement Questions

Can you replace just the glass in my window?

Yes. In most cases we replace only the sealed glass unit and keep your existing frame, which is much cheaper than a new window.

Why has my double glazing gone misty?

The seal around the unit has failed, letting moisture in between the panes. It won’t clear on its own; replacing the unit restores a clear view and good insulation.

Can you reglaze old timber or listed windows?

Yes. We offer traditional putty glazing, slimline double glazing and secondary glazing for period and listed properties, preserving their character.

Can you fit acoustic or safety glass?

Yes. We fit acoustic glass to reduce noise, and toughened or laminated safety glass where it’s needed or wanted.

Do you replace glass for businesses?

Yes. We work with landlords and businesses as well as homeowners. See our commercial glazing.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover Chichester, Bognor Regis, Emsworth, Selsey, Felpham, Pagham, Barnham, Littlehampton, Arundel and the surrounding areas of West Sussex and the Hampshire border.
